I. The administrator of personal data collected via the website: www.mcp.com.pl , is MCP Sp. z o. o., VAT: 8681950697 based in Rzezawa, at ul. Przemysłowa 56.
Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, in particular the Act of 18.07.2002 on the provision of electronic services, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on protection natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (“GDPR”).
For the purposes of better reception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” and “Customer” has been replaced by the terms “You”, “Administrator” or “MCP” – “We”.
We respect the right to privacy and we care for data security. For this purpose, among others, secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used.
II. Administering personal data
MCP is the administrator of its clients’ data. This means that if you send emails to the address kontakt@mobicontract.eu or through the contact form provided on the website in the contact tab, we only process the data you provide. The administrator does not process specific categories of data.
Personal data is processed:
in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,
in accordance with the implemented Personal Data Security Policy,
to the extent and purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, change or terminate it, and to properly implement Services provided electronically,
to the extent and purpose necessary to fulfil legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject.
Data is collected only to an adequate, essential and necessary extent in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
Any data subject has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent that we need to pursue any claims before a court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data.
The deletion of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawing consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.
The administrator makes every effort to protect data against unauthorized access by third parties and in this regard applies organizational and technical security measures at a high level.
In order to maintain, develop and analyse relationships with Users, as well as create statistics and marketing products and services, MCP uses profiling consisting in the use of User’s personal data to assess some of its features, in particular to analyse or forecast aspects of personal preferences, interests, location or moving around.
Users’ personal and operational data may be disclosed to external entities, i.e. :
Processors to whom MCP entrusted the processing of personal data on the basis of a relevant contract, acting on behalf of MCP if it is necessary to perform the contract to which the data subject is a party;
state and judicial authorities such as the police, prosecutor’s office, courts or regulatory authorities – at their request and only to the extent required by law or to protect the rights of MCP or the safety of the user, employees and resources of MCP;
law firms and courts to enforce or perform a contract with a User;
User data is not transmitted by default outside the European Economic Area nor transferred to international organizations. In the event of transfer of data to recipients in third countries, MCP will use standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission under which the basic guarantees of the User’s data security have been established.
Our website may contain social media functions such as the Facebook button. These functions may collect certain information about visitors to our website, such as IP address or browsing history, and may install cookies in the visitor’s browser. Please note that the processing of personal data collected in this way is subject to the rules adopted by social media network operators and therefore this Privacy Policy does not apply to them.
We try to limit the storage period of personal data that is no longer used. Please be advised, however, that this situation may occur for operational and technological reasons.
The data will be processed for marketing purposes until the User withdraws the consent to such processing.
In the scope of performing the contract or services, the data will be processed for the period during which the contract or services will be performed and provided by the MCP company and, in justified cases, after their termination, but only if it is allowed or required under applicable law, e.g. processing for statistical purposes , billing or to pursue claims. In this case, the data will be processed only for the period necessary to achieve the respective purposes.
